Idaho Firm Awarded IT Service Contract with the State of Utah

CRI Advantage wins a five-year IT Support Services contract for the State of Utah’s Division of Technology Services

BOISE, ID April 18, 2022 – CRI Advantage (CRI), an industry-leading information technology (IT) services provider, was awarded with an IT Support Services contract with the State of Utah, Division of Technology Services (DTS) that will encompass a variety of IT related services for a five-year period.

Under this State of Utah Cooperative Contract, CRI will be eligible to provide IT Support Services to all State of Utah government agencies, colleges, universities, school districts, and other public entities. Services include 24x7x365 IT Support, Service Desk Management, Desktop Solutions, Server Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Website Development and Maintenance, Strategic Planning, Network Administration, Cybersecurity Solutions, Assessments and Consulting, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings.
