CRI Advantage Wins TSS Contract with INL

Idaho Falls, ID- October 15, 2021 – CRI Advantage, a leading provider of Information Technology Services and Solutions to the Federal Government, announced they are awarded a six-year Technical Support Services (TSS) contract with Idaho National Laboratory (INL).

The TSS contract awarded to CRI requires the resolution, or timely escalation, of individual system issues while providing an excellent user experience. CRI will be responsible for the accurate completion of the ticket documentation in alignment with the Battelle Energy Alliance Standard Operation Procedures for Information Technology Service Management documentation.

CRI has selected General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a key subcontractor on this contract. GDIT, one of the leading companies in the federal contracting space, will support CRI in helping implement innovative processes and emerging technologies for the Managed Help Desk.
