CRI Advantage Secures Contract to Revolutionize Visitor Experience at Argonne National Laboratory with Innovative ServiceNow Solution
Boise, ID – May 16, 2024 – CRI Advantage (CRI), a leading small business technology solutions provider, is excited to announce its latest contract award with Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). This partnership is a testament to CRI’s consistent pursuit of innovative approaches and reinforces its deep-seated alliance with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) complex. Moreover, this win highlights CRI’s position as a leading partner in the ServiceNow ecosystem, further solidified by being named a 2024 ServiceNow Partner of the Year for their excellence in consulting, transformation, deployment, and platform adoption.
CRI has been chosen by Argonne to spearhead the creation and implementation of the Argonne Enterprise Registration System (AERS), an innovative, centralized registration system set to revolutionize the way data is collected and processed for tens of thousands of non-employees, including both domestic and international visitors to ANL each year. Utilizing ServiceNow’s state-of-the-art IT capabilities, CRI aims to reimagine the visitor registration process, transitioning from a fragmented journey across various outdated systems to a streamlined, intuitive, and efficient interface that showcases the most recent advancements of the ServiceNow platform.
“Our partnership with Argonne marks a testament to our commitment to innovation as we focus on developing user-centric solutions to complex customer challenges,” stated Monte Brookshier, CEO of CRI Advantage. “We are excited to deepen our engagement within the DOE National Laboratory ecosystem, fully confident that the deployment of AERS will not only significantly enhance Argonne’s operational efficiencies, but also demonstrate the profound impact such innovations can have on similar institutions.”
CRI is approaching the final phase of rolling out its Universal Proposal Management System (UPS), designed for Argonne National Laboratory (ANL), SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC), and Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). UPS’ cohesive procurement framework, built on the ServiceNow platform, will streamline access for thousands of global researchers and scientists to a wide spectrum of scientific research opportunities and tools available within the renowned laboratories.
These significant milestones showcase CRI Advantage’s expertise in delivering transformative ServiceNow solutions and emphasizes the potential for broad adoption and influence across various organizations seeking to automate and streamline business processes and operations.
