CRI Advantage (CRI) is a mature, process-driven organization providing services and solutions to customers spanning commercial, state and local governments and the federal government. CRI is dedicated to investing in standards to ensure high quality and exceptional value to its customers. CRI was recently re-certified for International Standards Organization (ISO) 20000 certification.

The ISO 20000 is an international standard that sets forth requirements for information technology service management systems. ISO compliance helps organizations ensure effective delivery of IT services, continually improve processes, and focus directly on clients. To achieve this certification, an external auditor scrutinized the requirements of the ISO 20000 standard.

“With ISO 20000 service management processes in place, CRI demonstrates its continuous improvement and seamless delivery of IT services and solutions,” stated Monte Brookshier, CEO of CRI Advantage, Inc. “By implementing the standard within our organization, we validate to our clients that we are committed to providing them with the highest quality services. As we expand our offerings and customer base, the ISO standard ensures that we remain prepared to provide effective IT solutions in a rapidly changing market space.
