The company invests in achieving and maintaining our International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 Certification. CRI maintains its certification through annual external assessments against the ISO 9001 Standard.
The ISO 9001 is an international standard that describes the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). It is essential to assure our customers that CRI has strong processes in place that are aligned to established industry-recognized models. The ISO 9001:2015 standard includes management systems standards designed to help organizations meet the needs of their customers. Before the certification body may issue or renew a certification, the external auditor must be satisfied the company has implemented the requirements of the standard.
The ISO standard is based on seven quality management principles that include: Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making and Relationship Management. These principles represent a set of fundamental beliefs, norms, rules, and values accepted as true and may be used as a basis for quality management. Every organization is different in how the principles are applied based on the nature of the work and the specific organizations they support.
