CRI Advantage Awarded Contract with Three National Laboratories

Idaho Firm granted rare opportunity to design and deploy Universal Proposal Management System

BOISE, ID – FEBRUARY 7, 2022 – CRI Advantage (CRI), a ServiceNow partner and longtime provider of information technology services and solutions to the Federal Government, was awarded a contract to develop a Universal Proposal Management System for scientific user facilities across three national laboratories.

CRI is developing a Software as a Solution (SaaS) on the ServiceNow platform to support the proposal management process for scientific user facilities across three national laboratories. These laboratories include Argonne National Laboratory, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Each laboratory is home to one or more scientific user facilities. The new Universal Proposal Management System will support thousands of researchers and scientists from institutions around the world, affording them access to a diverse array of state-of-the-art research instruments.

CRI’s Universal Proposal System will be configured as needed in the ServiceNow platform to support a wide variety of review and allocation processes across all three national laboratories. The opportunity to work on this effort for three national labs is rare and particularly unique. The Universal Proposal Management System will enhance the user experience, aid in downstream reporting, improve workflow functionality, and allow for shared configuration and costs between the various laboratory user facilities.
