Stephanie Cecil joined CRI in 2017 as Human Resource Manager and brings over 15 years of comprehensive human resource experience with expertise in employee relations and engagement, policy development, and talent management. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Prior to CRI, Stephanie served as a Staffing Consultant at the Idaho National Laboratory and was responsible for implementing the laboratory’s staffing functions across multiple disciplines. She also served as an HR Specialist and business partner to an employer solutions company where she leveraged her capabilities in HR management and support. Stephanie enjoys pro bono consulting and other volunteer activities and lives in Idaho Falls with her family.
