Stephanie Cecil at CRI Advantage

An Army veteran, Stephanie joined CRI in 2018 as the Director of Human Resources, Talent and Inclusion. She brings over 15 years of comprehensive human resource experience with expertise in strategic HR, employee relations and engagement, policy development, and talent management. Prior to CRI, Stephanie served as a staffing Consultant at the Idaho National Laboratory and was responsible for implementing the laboratory’s staffing functions across multiple disciplines. Additionally, she has worked as a senior business partner for a professional employer organization and for a major university.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ HR from the University of Maryland Global Campus and her Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso. She is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).

Stephanie has been an active member of the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Stephanie is active on the state and local levels of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is the past president of the local SE Idaho chapter and is currently Director-Elect for the Idaho State Council of SHRM. She enjoys pro bono consulting for non-profits and serves on other boards in the area. She lives in the Idaho Falls area with her family.
